Aces WorldWide Transportation – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aces WorldWide Transportation, your comfort and time are our highest priorities. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed our cancellation and refund policy to be fair, transparent, and customer-centric.
1. Booking Cancellations
Standard Rides (Booked in Advance):
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pick-up may incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.
- No Show: If the passenger does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, a 100% no-show fee will apply.
On-Demand Rides (Instant Bookings):
- Once a luxury driver is dispatched, cancellation will incur a minimum base fare charge (variable based on vehicle class and location).
- If cancelled within 2 minutes of booking, no charges apply.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible Refunds: Full or partial refunds may be issued in the event of:
- Service failure or delays caused by Aces WorldWide Transportation Elite.
- Driver no-shows without an acceptable reason.
- Billing discrepancies or overcharges.
- Ineligible Refunds:
- Cancellations that fall outside the refund window.
- Delays caused by client lateness or incorrect booking details.
- Misuse of service or violations of terms (e.g. smoking in the vehicle, damage to interior).
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
3. Ride Modifications
We allow modifications to your booking (e.g. pick-up time, destination, vehicle upgrade) up to 1 hour before pick-up time, subject to availability. Changes made less than 1 hour prior may incur additional charges.
4. Hourly & Charter Services
For luxury hourly rides or full-day charters:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours.
- No refund for cancellations made within 4 hours of scheduled start time.
5. Weather, Traffic & Force Mature
In cases of severe weather, traffic disruptions, or emergencies, Aces WorldWide Transportation may cancel or delay rides for safety reasons. In such cases:
- Customers will be informed promptly.
- No cancellation fees will apply.
- A full refund or ride rescheduling will be offered.
6. Support & Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your ride. We are here to assist with fast, fair resolution.
